Long Range - Tubes

Long range tubes are based on the tubes of the well-known fly tyer Jurij Shumakov. These tubes have proven their catchability on countless rivers.

With these tubes all common fly patterns can be tied. Long range tubes are mostly fished with a fixed hook. A silicone hose can be pushed onto the rear end of this tube, which holds the hook on the fly. However, it is also possible to fish the hook freely swinging behind this tube.

Long range tubes are part of our "FlyOnly - tube system", in which all components for tying tube flies can be combined with one another. Long range tubes are mounted on an inner tube (1.8mm). In addition, the long range tubes can be combined with external tubes (3mm) to obtain weighted and balanced tube bodies. For this purpose, pieces of the outer tube of any length, behind the long range tube, are mounted on the inner tube.
